Mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience as specialist and manager of services for the operation and maintenance of infrastructures in energy production, water and wastewater treatment as well as healthcare facilities, he has a broad multidisciplinary experience covering both technical, contractual and administrative aspects.

As an experienced manager, he successfully led several large-scale operation and maintenance projects of public services and utility infrastructures.

He also has a thorough experience in public-private partnerships having managed such contracts internationally (Algeria, United Kingdom). He speaks French, English and Spanish.
